Setting up your sleep sensors with the Data Hub
Please use these instructions if you have been provided with a data hub (pictured above) to use with your sleep sensor. The Data hub is an alternative to connecting you sleep mat to WiFi.

Step 1 – Set up the Data hub
Video 1 (3m 30s) guides you through the equipment, and setting up the Data hub, which connects the Sleep mat to the internet:
Step 2 – Positon the sleep mat
Once you have set up the Data hub, Video 2 (2m 40s) (below) will show you how to position the Sleep mat under your matress. If the Data hub did not connect in your home, watch Video 2 now, and then continue to Video 3.
Step 3 – If the Data Hub does not work in your home
If you are unable to get the Data Hub to connect, please watch and follow the Video 3 (5m 50s) (below) to connect your Sleep mat through your home’s Wi-Fi. You will need a smartphone, and your home’s Wi-Fi password.
You will also need to download the free Withings Connect Assistant app, which you can get from here: Google Play Store | Apple’s App Store.
